- Product Use: Heaven Kneads provides a 20g dehydrated, established sourdough starter. While we provide detailed instructions, the success of the activation depends on following those steps (temperature, water quality, and feeding).
- Payments: All prices are in USD. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- Intellectual Property: All content on this site, including text, images, and the Heaven Kneads name, is our property and may not be used without permission.
Shipping & Returns
- Shipping: We ship our dehydrated starters via standard mail to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before finishing your order; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
- Returns & Refunds: Because our sourdough starter is considered a food-based product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Activation Guarantee: We want you to bake successfully! If you have trouble getting your starter to activate, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to troubleshoot with you to make sure you get your starter active.
