The Heart of our “From-Scratch” Kitchen.

Bring a piece of Heaven Kneads LLC into your home. Our sourdough starter is a mature, high-activity wild yeast culture that we use daily in our professional Italian microbakery. We feed our starter exclusively with Hard Red Wheat, blending the deep, nutty nutrition of our house-milled flour with the reliability of premium hard red wheat flour.

Pure Ingredients. No Compromises.

In our “ingredient-only” household, we believe what goes into your bread matters.

Single-Grain Purity: By using only Hard Red Wheat and filtered water, we’ve developed a starter with a robust flavor profile and incredible leavening power.
The Fresh-Milled Edge: We incorporate hard red wheat berries milled right in our kitchen, preserving the natural enzymes and nutrients that give our bread its signature artisanal lift.
Shelf-Stable Reliability: Dehydrated in small batches, this starter is shelf-stable and ready to be awakened with only water. Our included guide walks you through the 5–7 day rehydration process.

Select Your Size:

10G Starter Packet: The perfect “starter kit” for home bakers. Includes 10g of dehydrated culture and our activation guide.
